Mr. Brattan, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The Senate bill relating to the sale of spirituous or intoxi-
cating liquors, in Hungary Neck District of Somerset county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, submitted the
following

REPORT.

The Committee on Finance make the following report, as
