The Senate resumed Legislative business.

The following Acts of Assembly were this day presented
to his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval:

No. 147. An Act to refund to Ellen Hevalo, of Cecil coun-
ty, a sum of money.

No. 148. An Act in relation to the office of the Register
of Wills of Carroll county.

No. 149. An Act to pay Charles H. Gibson, State's Attor-
ney for Talbot county, a sum of money.

No. 150. An Act to establish a Commission of Fisheries
of the State of Maryland.

No. 151. Au Act to amend the charter of the Worcester
and Somerset Rail Road Company.

No. 152. An Act to legalize the bequest of Wm. Thomas
Syers to St. Patrick's Church, in Cumberland.

No. 153. An Act to refund to Daniel F. Stouffer, of Wash-
ington county, a sum of money.

No. 154. Au Act supplementary to an Act incorporating
the Ridge Passenger Railway.

No. 157. An Act to empower the Frederick and Pennsyl-
vania Line Rail Road Company, to lease its road.
