Amend by striking out in line 19, section 2, all after the
word "State."

Strike out "female dog" wherever it occurs, and insert
"bitch."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Carroll submitted the following amendment:

Section 2, line 9, after the word "dog," strike out all to
the word "and," in line 10.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Brattan submitted the following amendment:

Section 8, line 1, strike out the word "county," and insert
the words "Washington, Prince George's, St. Mary's, Caro-
line, Carroll, Queen Anne's, Somerset and Calvert counties
and Baltimore city," and in the same line strike out the
words "it is," and insert "they are."
