The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the purchase, Being on second reading, Mr. Davis submitted the following amendment:
Strike out the words "to be exempt from taxation," in the
Section 1, line 8, strike out after the word "Maryland," Which was adopted. Also, the following amendment: Strike out "city of Baltimore," in 15th line of section 3. Which was adopted. Also, the following amendment; Section 4, line 28, strike out the, words "and twenty-five." Which was adopted.
