tion on account of any beneficial enjoyment by the owners of
such property, from the time of making of the assessment,
and may also recover any other special damages that may be
proved to have arisen from said proceedings ; provided, that
the provisons of sections 83 and 84, shall not apply to the
condemnations heretofore made for the improvement of Jones'
Falls in the city of Baltimore, unless, and until the Ordi-
nance of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, provid-
ing for the issue of additional bonds to the amount of one
million five hundred thousand dollars, for said improvement,
shall have been approved by the voters of the said city, at
the election provided for in said ordinance ; and provided
further, that in case of the approval of said ordinance as
aforesaid, then the said provisions shall apply to such con-
demnations, unless within ninety days thereafter, the said
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore shall abandon said
condemnations as aforesaid.
Section 3. And be it enacted, That no rights which may
have accrued under the section hereby repealed and re-enact-
ed shall be in any way affected by this Act.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the sale of
freight and baggage by raidroad companies, and common
carriers, in certain cases.

Amend the third section by inserting after the word
"transportation," in the second line, the words "or forward-
ing."
Amend the third section by inserting after the word ''car-
riers," in the third line, the words "or forwarders."
