Mr. Claggett, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled "An Act to repeal Section 2, chapter 410 of
the Acts of Assembly, passed at January Session, 1872, en-
titled an Act to repeal Section 2 of chapter 274, passed Jan-
uary Session, 1870, entitled, an Act to repeal Section 2 of
chapter 31 of the Acts of Assembly of 1865, in relation to the
publication of Local Laws, and to re-enact said Section. 2 of
chapter 410, passed at January Session, 1872, with amend-
ments, and to amend and re-enact the same.''

Mr. Aydelotte, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act, entitled ''An
Act to incorporate the Worcester County Rail Road Com-
pany," passed at January Session, 1853, with amendments
enacted on the 18th of March 1867, and to repeal section 18
of said Act, or any other part thereof, inconsistent with
this Act.

Mr. Earle, from a Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled "An Act authorizing the Baltimore, Chesapeake
and Delaware Bay Rail Road Company, to charge tolls on
freights and passengers, to reduce the par value of the capi-
tal stock; to provide for the election of President and other
officers, and to make other changes therein named."

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled "An Act to provide for the location of a county
seat for Garrett county."

Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled an Act to confirm and approve an Act. of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at January Session,
1872, chapter 93, entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to subscribe to the capi-
tal stock of the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek, Liberty
and New Windsor, the Frederick and Buckeystown, and other
Turnpike Road Companies, whose roads have been construct-
ed since, the year 1868, or are now in process of construction.
