NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Lloyd, from a Select Committee, reported favorably on

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 81 of Ar-
ticle XX. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Talbot coun-
ty, sub-title "Easton,'' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ment.

Which was read the second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate the practice in
taking Bills of Exception and to facilitate Trials,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,
The Senate adjourned.

WEDNESDAY, March 25th, 1874.

The Senate met at 11 o'clock, A. M.

Prayer by Rev. Mr. Hedges.
