In the fifth line of section 8, after the word "Indictments,"
insert the words "for offences."

In the seventh line of section 8, insert the words "Under
oath" after the word "writing."

In the twentieth line of section 8, after the word "true,"
add the words "or that there is reasonable grounds for the

same."
