The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to John W. Tyler,
Henry F. Chilton and Major Todd, the State's portion of
certain lines remitted and certified by the Governor, after
having been paid into the Treasury.

The Senate bill entitled au Act to repeal section 20 of chap-
ter 322, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1867, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Worcester and Somerset Rail Road Company.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays.''

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 40 of
Article XI. of Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Fred-
erick County," as amended by the Act of 1868, chapter 7.
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

The House bill entitled au Act to protect travelers on
Highways, in Baltimore county, at and near Rail Road Cross-

The House bill entitled au Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Garrett county, to borrow money on the
credit of the county, for the purpose of erecting a Court
House and County Jail, to issue bonds for the payment of the
same and to levy taxes on the asgesable property of the county,
to redeem said bonds and to pay the interest thereon.
