Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act regulating the granting of
licenses for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors in Han-
sonville, in Frederick county,

Was read the third time and failed to pass for want of a
quorum voting, by yeas and nays as follows :
