the January Session of 1870, chapter 315, entitled an Act to
provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the public
roads of Prince George's county, and to re-enact in lieu
thereof the following.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Suit,
Brattan and Williams.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
East New Market, Dorchester county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Phelps, Crawford and Claggett.

the twenty-ninth section of the fifth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws, relating to the pay of the Crier, of the
Circuit Court for Calvert county, and to enact a substitute
therefor, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
