The Senate bill entitled au Act to extend an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Borden Mining Company, passed at
December Session, 1846, chapter 318, for the period of thir-
ty years.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Oliver P.
Sparks, of Talbot county, a certain sum of money erroneous-
ly paid into the Treasury.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act in relation to Public Roads
in Cecil county, and to repeal all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act.

the County Commissioners for Somerset county, to administer
oaths in certain cases.

Judiciary and the report adopted."

of Cecil county, a sum of money erroneously demanded of
her by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil county, for a
license, and paid by said Clerk into the Treasury.
