No. 95. An Act to incorporate the Bank of Cambridge, in
Cambridge, Dorchester county, Maryland.

AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY,

Secretary.
Mr. Fields submitted the following order :

Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns to-day, it stand
adjourned until Monday morning, at 12 o'clock, M., and that
Evening Sessions be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday of next week, unless otherwise ordered.

Mr. Lloyd, from the Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its
Tributaries, reported

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article LXXI.
of the Code of Public General Laws relating to the taking
and catching of Oysters, and to enact the following in lieu

thereof,

With the following amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

End of section 17 add "Or the citizens of Somerset and
Wicomico from using the waters of the Wicomico, river and
the mouth thereof in common, or the citizens of Talbot and
Queen Anne's, from using the waters of Wye river and the
mouth thereof in common.

On motion by Mr. Tuck,

The further consideration of the bill was postponed until
Wednesday next, and made the order of the day for 12
o'clock.

The unfinished business of yesterday came up,

Mr. Suit moved to postpone the unfinished business for 10
minutes.
