The House bill entitled an Act to add certain sub-sections
to Article XIX. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Somerset County," under sub-title "Licenses," and to re-
peal section one hundred and thirty-eight of said Article, en-
titled "Somerset County," under sub-title "Retailers."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Brattan, Tuck and Steiner.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 347 of the
Acts passed January Session, 1872, entitled an Act to repeal
sections 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150,
151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162,
163 and 164 of Article VIII. of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Cecil County," and relating to Port Deposit,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to provide
for taking the, sense of the qualified voters of Port Deposit,
whether or not said repeal and re-enactments with amend-
ments, shall go into effect or be utterly void.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Knight, Longwell and Brewer.

On motion by Mr. Walsh, it was

Ordered, That leave of absence be granted the President
of the Senate until Wednesday next.

Mr. Davis, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled au Act to provide for indexing the
Laws and Chattel Records of Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably on

The House bill entitled an Act to regulate proceedings in
certain cases now pending in the Circuit Court for Allegany
county.

Which was read the second time.

The following Acts of Assembly was this day presented to
his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval:

No. 94. Au Act to add a new section to Article LXXV.,
Code of Public General Laws, allowing the striking out an
order for removal after the same has been passed.
