Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5 of chap-
ter 381 of the Act of 1872, so far as it relates to Prince
George's county, entitled au Act to provide for the destruc-
tion of Hawks and Owls, and to protect the class of small
birds, known as Insectiverous Birds in Prince George's,
Talbot and Montgomery counties,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7 of the
Act of 1870, chapter 472, entitled an Act to repeal the Act
of 1866, chapter 146, entitled an Act to repeal the charter of
Denton, in Caroline county, &c., and re-enact the same with
amendments thereto.

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

fish in the waters of Elk river and its tributaries within the
limits of Cecil county,
