Also, reported unfavorably on

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Article XCVIII.
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Wild Fowl,"
and also to repeal an Act passed at January Session, 1872,
chapter 54, entitled an Act to exempt all that portion of the
waters of the Chesapeake Bay, lying northward of a certain
line therein described, from the operations and effects of sec-
tions 1 and 3 of Article XCVIII. of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to enact other sections to
be in force and operation in, on and over said waters, and to
re-enact said Article XCVIII., entitled "Wild Fowl," with
amendments.

And the report was adopted.
On motion by Mr. Davis,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill to repeal an Act to add an additional
section to Article XXX. of the Code of Public General Laws,
relating to "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Embezzel-
ing Property," passed January Session 1872, chapter 423,

Mr. Aydelott called up

The House bill entitled an Act to add new sections to
Article XXII. of the Code of Publie Local Laws, relating to
"Worcester county" to be sub-titled "sales of Spirituous or
Fermented Liquors."

The question being upon the unfavorable report of the
Committee of Judicial Proceedings,

Mr. Aydelott moved to substitute the bill for the unfavora-
ble report.

Which was adopted.

On motion by Mr. Tuck,

The said bill was postponed until Wednesday next.
Mr. Williams, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to subscribe to the amount of two
hundred and fifty thousand dollars, to the capital stock of
the Washington City and Point Lookout Rail Road.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings;
reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 44 and 51,
