reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Pas-
senger Railway Companies in the city of Baltimore, and to
regulate the fares for transporting passengers.

Mr. Billingsley, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill, entitled an. Act to pay to Thomas Dent,
Justice of the Peace for St. Mary's county, and also James
H, Sanders, a Constable of said county, for services rendered
to Capt. Timmons, in the execution of the Oyster Laws of

the State.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Mr. Mudd, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 22 of an
Act passed January Session 1872, chapter 128, entitled an
Act to repeal section 22 of Article XLI. of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled "Fish and Fisheries," sub-titled
"Patuxent," regulating the right of fishing in the Patuxent
river and its tributaries, and re-enact the same with sub-
sections.

Which was read the first time.
