No. 66. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the transfer of
certain land records and extracts of deeds from the office of
the Clerk of the Court of Appeals, to the office of the Com-
missioner of the Land Office, to repeal section 40 of Article
XVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal
section 55, of the same Article and to enact a substitute
therefor.

No. 59. A bill entitled au Act to add an additional section
to Article XL. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Fines and Forfeitures" to come in after section 3.

No. 70. A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Worcester Rail Road Com-
pany, passed at the January Session, 1853, with amendments
enacted on the 18th of March 1867, and to repeal any part of
said Act inconsistent with this Act.

No. 73. A bill entitled an Act to add a sub-section to sec-
tion 1 of Article —— of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "General Assembly," sub-title "Mileage."

No. 74. A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1853,
chapter 441, entitled an Act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the several Banking Institutions therein mentioned,
repealing the 5th and 9th sections thereof, and re-enacting
the same with amendments.
