The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Town of
Hillsborough, in Caroline county.

Mr. Crawford, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to empower A. J. Horsey,
Vincent Moore and T. J. Turpin of Wicomico county, to cut
a ditch or canal through the marsh from Quantico Creek to
Nanticoke River in said county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorably on

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 16th Article
of the Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto the
following section, relating to "Trustees' Bonds,"

And the report was adopted.

Mr. Williams, from a Select Committee, reported

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact section 22, of
Article LIII, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Landlord and Tenant," also to repeal chapter 279, of the
Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to amend the Act of Assembly
of 1868, chapter 292, adding and additional section to Article
LILT, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Landlord
and Tenant," by repealing and re-enacting the same.

Act passed at December Session, 1804, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
