The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for submitting
to the voters of the State a proposition to amend the first and
fifth sections of the sixth Article of the Constitution, title
''Treasury Department," so that the same when amended
shall read as set forth in this Act three-fifths of all the
Members elected to each of the two Houses, by yeas and nays
assenting thereto.
