EVENING SESSION.

THURSDAY EVENING, March 12th, 1874.
The Senate met at 8 o'clock, P. M.
Present at roll call the following Senators :

Messrs. President, Blake, Brewer, Brattan, Crawford,
Claggett, Davis, Denson, Earle, Fields, Getty, Longwell,
Lloyd, Mudd, McCulloh, Stevens, Steiner, Spencer, Suit,
Walsh—20.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The Senate proceeded to the consideration of bills on third
reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the German
Bank of Baltimore,

Was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Fields,
Postponed and ordered to be printed.

The House bill entitled an Act for the protection of Fish,
and for the construction of Fish Warps or Ladders in the
streams or creeks of Montgomery county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Blake, Longwell,
Brewer, Lloyd,
Billingsley, McCulloh,
Brattan, Stevens,
