We have received your message inviting this Body to con-
vene with the House of Delegates, in Joint Assembly, at 12
o'clock, meridian, to-morrow, Jan'y 21st, 1874, in accordance
with the Act of Congress, approved July 25th, 1866, entitled
"An Act to regulate the times and manner of holding elec-
tions for Senators in Congress," and concur therein.
