Wm. H. McKillep, John E. Smith, Charles J. Reifsnider,
Joshua Yergling and seventy others, of Westminster Carroll
county, in favor of closing the barber shops on Sunday.

Proceedings.

Mr. Blake presented the petitions of Ann Witts and Isaac
Rose, a colored man, asking to be placed on the Pension
Roll.
