Also, the following amendment:

Strike out the word "enclosure" and add the word "pro-
perty" in the 2nd line of sub-section 1.

Mr. Brattan submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:

Strike out the word "enclosures" and insert the words
"enclosed property."

Which was adopted.

The question recurring upon the amendment submitted by
Mr. Davis as amended,

It was adopted.

Mr. Suit submitted the following amendment:
"This Act not to apply to Prince George's county."
Which was adopted.

Mr. Stevens submitted the following amendment:

"Provided, That the provisions of this Act shall not apply
to the city of Baltimore."

(By unanimous consent,)

Mr. Stevens withdrew his amendment.

The said bill, as amended, was read the second time.
