Leave was granted to Messrs. Longwell, Walsh and Lloyd,
to report a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 46 (as
amended by chapter 255 of the Acts of thejGeneral Assembly,
passed at January Session, 1872) 47, 49 and 50, (as amended
by chapter 384 of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed
at January Session, 1872,) 60, 61 and 74 of Article LXXXI.
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled 'Revenues and
Taxes,' in so far as the same may relate to Carroll county,
and to enact additional sections to Article VII. of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll County,' under the head
of 'State and County Taxes.' "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill to provide for the purchasing of a site
and erection of a Court House and Jail in Wicomico county.
On motion by Mr. Stevens.
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill entitled "An Act to increase the facilities
of the Grain Market of the State, by giving effect and ne-
gotiability to elevator receipts."

Leave to report a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section
38 of the Act passed March 9th, 1864, chapter 306, entitled
an Act to add new sections to Article X. of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled 'Attachments,' providing for at-
tachments on original process, and to re-enact the same with
amendments thereto."

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to incorporate the Pocomoke Steamboat Company.
Mr. Stevens presented the petition of the members of the
Baltimore Bar, for changing the terms of Courts of Baltimore
city.
