to Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, sub-
title 'Practice,' enabling the plaintiff in any judgment to ac-
quire a lien on the judgment debtors property in another
county, or in the city of Baltimore, when judgment was not
originally obtained, to follow section 83 of said Article."

2 of an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
