one, one hundred and seventy-two, one hundred and

seventy-five and one hundred and seventy-six, of article

four, of the Maryland Code of Public Local Laws, sub-

title " courts, " and section first, of the act, passed

February fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four,

chapter six, entitled " an act to add certain additional

sections, relative to the Superior Court of Baltimore

city and the Court of Common Pleas in Baltimore city,

to the fourth articleof thePublicLocalLaws, regulating

the return of process and the taking of judgments in

said courts, " and section six, of the act passed March

twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven,
chapter four hundred and one, entitled an act to es-

tablish another court for the City of Baltimore, as pro-

vided by the forty-first section, of the fourth article, of
