by the supplement thereto, passed at January session,

dred and sixty-eight, entitled an act to amend and

enlarge the powers conferred by the act, entitled an

act relating to the manner of holding and transmitting

the title to certain church property therein mentioned,

passed at December session, eighteen hundred and

thirty-two, chapter three hundred and eight, so as to

permit the said corporation sole, to sell and convey

the property held under said acts, as may be expe-
