spection of any person interested, and copies of all

 

ordinances shall be put up in the most public places

 

of said town, that the same may be generally known :

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the acting president

 

of each board of commissioners, for the town afore-

 

said, shall from time to time cause the clerk thereof

constituted the first board of commissioners for said
