CHAPTER 490.

AN ACT to repeal an act passed January session,

eighteen hundred and seventy, relating to the reg-

istration of voters, and to re-enact the same with

amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

teen hundred and seventy, relating to registration of

voters, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-

enacted so as to read as follows :

duties imposed on them by this article, and all such

officers, before entering upon tho discharge of their

duties, shall take and subscribe, before the clerk of
