CHAPTER 490.

 

AN ACT to repeal an act passed January session,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy, relating to the reg-

 

istration of voters, and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

Repealed and

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

teen hundred and seventy, relating to registration of

 

voters, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-

 

enacted so as to read as follows :

 

SEC. 2. The Governor shall nominate and, by and

 

with the advice of the Senate, appoint at every regu-

 

lar session of the Legislature, to be held hereafter,

for which they were severally appointed.
