payment for services until the quarterly report, prop-

erly filled up and completed, be so returned. The

quarterly reports shall be filed by the Board of County

School Commissioners for the purpose of making the
|

annual return to the State Board of Education.

CHAPTER TEN, SECTION TWO. Each Board of County

orthography, reading, writing, arithmetic, geogra-
|

phy, history and English grammar ; but the State
Board of Education may add additional requirements

ever, not continue in force for more than six months,

unless the person receiving the same shall satisfy

the examiner of his fitness for governing a school,

and his ability to impart instruction in the various

branches taught in the public schools ; but when the
|
 
|
examiner shall have satisfied himself upon these
|
 
|
points, he shall be empowered to issue a certificate,
|
 
|
which shall continue in force for three years from
|
 
|
the date of issue.

CHAPTER TWELVE, SECTION TWO. The sessions of
|
 
|
the State Normal School, until otherwise provided
|

that the rent be not greater than thirty-five hundred
