CHAPTER 462.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

 

claims of Daniel Caulk, Joseph F. Smith, John

 

M. Gaines and Otho B. Smith, executors of Otho

 

J. Smith, C. H. Jewett, John W. Temple, Samuel

 

Stewart, and Daniel Caulk.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

 

and he is hereby requested and directed to issue his .

lesne warrant.

warrant upon the Treasurer to pay to Daniel Caulk,

 

for work done and materials furnished for 'House of

 

Delegates, session eighteen hundred and seventy-four,

 

as per order of chief clerk, sixty-one dollars and two

 

cents ; to Joseph F. Smith, John M. Gaines, and

 

Otho B. Smith, executors of Otho J. Smith, for

 

money paid in error to the Register of Wills for

 

Washington county, seventy-five dollars; to C. H.

In favor of.

Jewett, for expenses incurred for State Militia, Ma-

 

ryland National Guard, three hundred and fifty-four

 

dollars and forty-one cents; to John W. Temple for

 

fees in State cases, due him as Clerk of the Circuit

 

Court for Caroline county, forty dollars ; to Samuel

 

Stewart for materials furnished the Senate Chamber,

 

session eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as per

 

certificate of Secretary of the Senate, twenty-four
