CHAPTER 450.

AN ACT to refund to Thomas Brasbears, one of
|
 
|
the tax-payers of Prince George's county, for the
|
 
|
years commencing eighteen hundred and sixty-
|
 
|
seven and ending eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
 
|
three, a sum of money erroneously paid into the
|
 
|
State Treasury.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Directed to is-
sue warrant.
|
Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
|
 
|
directed and required, to draw his warrant upon the
|
 
|
Treasurer to pay to the order of Thomas Brashears,
|
 
|
for the sum of eight dollars and eighty-two cents,
|
 
|
which was erroneously paid into the Treasury by
|
 
|
him, as appears by vouchers of the department, and
has been certified by the several signatures of the
|
 
|
Comptroller.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take :
|

CHAPTER 451.

AN ACT to provide for the payment of a sum of

|
money to J. Parran Crane, State's Attorney for
|
 
|
St. Mary's county, for professional services ren-
|
 
|
dered the State.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|

warrant upon the Treasurer for the payment to J.

sation for professional services rendered the State
|
 
|
in attending before justices of the peace in and for
|
 
|
said county, in cases of violation of the oyster law;
|
 
|
and the said sum of money is hereby appropriated
