CHAPTER 450.
AN ACT to refund to Thomas Brasbears, one of
the tax-payers of Prince George's county, for the
years commencing eighteen hundred and sixty-
seven and ending eighteen hundred and seventy-
three, a sum of money erroneously paid into the
State Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Directed to is- sue warrant.
Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
directed and required, to draw his warrant upon the
Treasurer to pay to the order of Thomas Brashears,
for the sum of eight dollars and eighty-two cents,
which was erroneously paid into the Treasury by
him, as appears by vouchers of the department, and has been certified by the several signatures of the
Comptroller.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take :	In force.
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 451.
AN ACT to provide for the payment of a sum of
money to J. Parran Crane, State's Attorney for
St. Mary's county, for professional services ren-
dered the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Directed to is-

county, for the sum of sixty dollars, in full compen-

said county, in cases of violation of the oyster law;
and the said sum of money is hereby appropriated
