SEC. 20. And be it enacted, That no ordinance of

the said corporation shall be binding on persons

who do not reside in the said town, until the same

shall have been copied in a legible hand, and posted

at three of the most conspicuous places in said town,
|
 
|
unless in case of willful and intentional violation of

said ordinance, after notice thereof; the commission-
|
 
|
ers of the said town shall pass no ordinance that shall
|
 
|
be contrary to la\v.
|
 
|
SEC. 21. And be. it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
effect from the date of its passage.
