and seals, and if any person or persons whatsoever

 

who may think himself, herself or themselves ag-

 

grieved by the decision of the said commissioners,

 

such person or persons may by petition, appeal to

 

the next county court of Dorchester county, and the

 

judges thereof are hereby authorized to revise and

 

correct any judgment or decision made by said com-

 

missioners, and the appellant shall be entitled to a

 

trial by jury, provided he shall demand the same.

SEC. 16. And be it enacted, That if at any election

voted for as commissioners, have received the same

entitled to vote, as in the second section of this char-
