CHAPTER 426.
AN ACT to repeal two acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter thirty-three,
of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed January session eighteen hundred and sixty-
eight, and entitled an act to incorporate the Town
of Lutherville, in Baltimore county. The second
being an act passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at the January session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight, chapter two hundred and
forty-four, and entitled a supplement to an act to
repeal section three, of the act entitled an act to
incorporate the Town of Lutherville, in Baltimore
county, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add new sections.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section one, section two, section
three, section four, section five and section six, of
an act passed at January session, of the General
Assembly of Maryland, eighteen hundred and sixty-	Repealed.
eight, chapter thirty-three, entitled an act to in-
coporate the Town of Lutherville, in Baltimore
county, be and all and each of said sections are here-
by repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That section one, sec-
tion two, section three, section four, section five, of
an act entitled a supplement, to an act to repeal sec-
lion three, of the act entitled an act to incorporate
the Town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county, passed
at the January session, of the General Assembly of	Repealed
Maryland, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter
two hundred and forty four, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add new sections, be and
each and all of said sections are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Town	Turn over and
