amount of a fine erroneously, paid into the Treasury,
and to Isaac Scaggs, the sum of seven dollars and
sixty cents, amount of State tax erroneously paid.

CHAPTER 392.
AN ACT for the protection of partridges in Anne
Arundel county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any person	Not lawful.

or catch any partridges within the limits of Anne
Arundel county, before the first day of November,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That after the said first
