CHAPTER 392.

AN ACT for the protection of partridges in Anne
|
 
|
Arundel county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

|
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any person
|

to shoot, trap, or by any other means to kill, destroy

or catch any partridges within the limits of Anne

Arundel county, before the first day of November,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That after the said first

day of November, eighteen hundred and seventy-five,
|
 
|
and in each year thereafter, it shall not be lawful to
