chapter three hundred and sixty-four, entitled " an

 

act to incorporate the Baltimore and Drum Point

 

Railroad Company," be and the same is hereby

 

atriended and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

 

12. The President and Directors of said company

 

shall be and they are hereby invested with all the

rights and powers necessary to the construction,

working, use, repair, and maintenance of a railroad,

timore, and thence to a point at or near the mouth

 

of the Patuxent River, to be selected by the President
