SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That when the records

prior to the year seventeen hundred and seventy-

seven shall have been restored, as hereby authorized,
|
 
|
and the index for the same time shall have been pre-
|
 
|
pared and found to be correct, the said judges shall
|
 
|
certify to the Comptroller of the State, the cost of
|

work has been satisfactorily performed.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
