CHAPTER 371.

AN ACT to repeal sub-section eight, sub-section elev-
|
|
|
en, sub-section twelve, and sub-section thirteen of
|
|
|
article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws,
|
|
|
title " crimes and punishments, " sub-title " trea-
|
|
|
son, " being parts of an act passed at the January
|
|
|
session, March sixth, in the year eighteen hundred
|
|
|
and sixty -two, chapter two hundred and thirty-five,
|
|
|
entitled " an act to amend section two hundred and
|
|
|
two of article thirty of the Code of Public General
|
|
|
Laws, relating to " crimes and punishments, "
|
|
|
and providing for the punishment of treason, and
|
|
|
other kindred offences.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
Maryland, That sub-section eight, sub-section eleven,
|
|
|
sub-section twelve, and sub-section thirteen of article
|
|
|
thirty, Code of Public General Laws, title " crimes
|
|
|
and punishments, " sub-title " treason, " being parte
|
|
|
of an act passed at the January session, on the sixth
|
Repealed.
|
|
day of March, in the year eighteen hundred and
|
|
|
sixty-two, chapter two hundred and thirty-five, en-
|
|
|
titled " an act to amend section two hundred and two,
|
|
|
of article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws,
|
|
|
relating to " crimes and punishments " and providing
|
|
|
for the punishment of treason and other kindred
|
|
|
offences, be and the same is hereby repealed.
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|

effect from the date of its passage.
