CHAPTER 360.

AN ACT to authorize the payment of balance due

for sewerage, and for furnishing water pipes for
|
 
|
the State House and Governor's Mansion.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be,
and he is hereby authorized and required to issue

his warrants upon the Treasurer of Maryland in favor
|
 
|
of the executor or administrator of Robert Fowler,
|
 
|
deceased, for eight hundred and fifty dollars ; and in
|
 
|
favor of Hutchinson and Brothers, for the sum of six-
|
 
|
teen hundred and sixty-seven dollars, in full payment
|
 
|
of the balance due the estate of the said Robert Fow-
|
 
|
ler, and the said Hutchinson and Brothers, for sew-
|
 
|
erage, and for furnishing and laying water pipes for
|
 
|
the State House and Governor's Mansion.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 361.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel county, to audit and
settle the accounts of Thomas Perry, Oliver Perry,
Samuel Smith, Thomas Nutwell, Samuel Thomas,
Edward Prout, Phillip Prout, Isaac Nutwell, Mer-
cer Owens, Albert Starlings, Thomas Owings, and
Beal Owings, for expenses cost incurred in the
United States District Court of Maryland, in the
year eighteen hundred and seventy-two; and to
provide for the expenses and defence of the reg-
isters and judges of the last election, indicted in
the same court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
