SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed and

Maryland, That section one hundred and twenty-four

re-enacted

of article ten, Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-

chester county," sub-title "justices of the peace and
|
 
|
constables'," and re-enact the same with amendments
|
 
|
ao as to read as follows :
|
 
|
SEC. 124. Be it enacted, That there shall be the
