CHAPTER 329.

AN ACT to incorporate a company to make a turn-

pike from the White House, by way of Fallston, to
|
 
|
Magnolia, in Harford county, State of Maryland.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|

Maryland, That a Turnpike Company is hereby in-
corporated to make a turnpike from the White
|
 
|
House, by way of Fallston, to Magnolia, in Harford
|
 
|
county, State of Maryland.
|
Capital Block
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock
|
 
|
of said company shall not exceed twenty thousand
|
 
|
dollars, in shares of twenty dollars each.
|
Subscriptions.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the subscription
|
 
|
books for the capital stock of this company, shall be
|
 
|
opened at Ambler and Hollingsworth's store, in
|
 
|
Fallston, Harford county, Maryland, on or before
|
 
|
the first day of May next, for subscriptions thereto;
|
 
|
and that Amos Hollingsworth, Dr. Mordecai Price,
|
 
|
James K. Keech, Capt. Zimmerman and John Jewitt,
|
 
|
are hereby appointed commissioners to receive such
|
 
|
subscriptions.
|
 
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That when two hundred
|
 
|
shares of said stock shall have been taken, (including
|

commissioners shall give twenty days' notice, in the

|
Bel Air papers, to meet at a time and place to be
|
 
|
fixed by said commissioners, for the purpose of
