CHAPTER 318.
AN ACT to repeal section sixteen of the act passed
at the December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-five, chapter thirty-seven, entitled "an act to
incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of
Washington county," and amend and re-enact the
said sixteenth section, and to repeal the tenth sec-
tion of the act passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy, chapter four hundred
and thirty-nine, entitled "an act to amend an act
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-five, chapter thirty-seven, entitled an act to
incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of
Washington county, and the several acts supple-
mentary thereto and amendatory thereof," and
amend and re-enact the said tenth section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sixteenth section of the act passed

ton county," and section ten of the act passed at the

|
 
|
ter four hundred and thirty-nine, entitled " an act to
|
 
|
amend an' act passed at December session, eighteen
|
 
|
hundred and forty-five, chapter thirty-seven, entitled
|
 
|
an act to incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company
|
 
|
of Washington county, and the several acts supple-
|
 
|
mentary thereto and amendatory thereof," be and
|
 
|
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
|
 
|
read as follows :
|
 
|
16. The Board of Directors shall publish annually,
on the first day of February, or within one month
thereafter, in one or more newspapers published in
|

Washington county, a statement of the condition of
|
 
|
the Company on the thirty-first day of December
|
 
|
next preceding, showing the amount of premium
|
 
|
notes, judgments, and cash advanced, the amount of
|
 
|
money received, and losses incurred during the pre-
|
