CHAPTER 810.

 

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of

 

Police Commissioners for the City of Baltimore,

 

to purchase or lease ground in said city, and to

 

have erected thereon suitable station houses ; to

 

have the title thereof vested in the Mayor and City

 

Council of Baltimore, and to pay the costs and

 

expenses thereof, out of the special fund of the

 

said Board of Police Commissioners.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Board of Police Commissioners

lease ground

for the City of Baltimore, be and they are hereby
authorized and empowered to purchase or lease

 

ground in the City of Baltimore, as may be suitable

 

in their judgment for the erection of station houses

 

thereon, and that they be and hereby are authorized

 

and empowered to have erected thereon such station

 

houses as they may deem suitable and proper.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the title to the
