CHAPTER 306.
AN ACT to repeal section five of chapter three hun-
dred and eighty-one, of the acts of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two, so far as it relates to Prince
George's county, entitled " an act to provide for
the destruction of hawks and owls," and to protect
the class of small birds known as insectivorous
birds, in Prince George's, Talbot and Montgomery
counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section five of chapter three hundred	Repealed.
