George's county, entitled " an act to provide for

the destruction of hawks and owls," and to protect
|
 
|
the class of small birds known as insectivorous
|
 
|
birds, in Prince George's, Talbot and Montgomery
|
 
|
counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section five of chapter three hundred
