CHAPTER 302.

 

AN ACT to refund to Joel B. Danner and David

 

Zeigler, partners trading under the name and firm

 

of Danner and Zeigler, the sum of one hundred

 

and twenty dollars, money erroneously paid into

 

the Treasury.

 

WHEREAS, Joel B. Danner and David Zeigler,

 

partners trading under the name and firm of Danner

Preamble

and Zeigler, having erroneously paid into the Treas-

 

ury of the State of Maryland the sum of one hundred

 

and twenty dollars, under the provisions of an act

 

of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the

 

January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven,

 

chapter ninety-eight, entitled " an act to prevent the

 

selling or peddling of carriages, hacks, gigs and

 

buggy-wagons, &c., in Washington county, not man-
ufactured in the State of Maryland," declared uncon-

 

stitutional, and the same has been repealed by the

 

General Assembly of Maryland ; therefore —

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the State Treasurer, upon the war-
