CHAPTER 293.

AN ACT to refund to Nathan O. Neighbors, late
|
 
|
sheriff of Frederick county, the sum of forty-nine
|
 
|
dollars and fifty-nine cents, for money overpaid by
|
 
|
him into the Treasury.
|
Appropriation
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
|
 
|
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the
|
 
|
Treasurer to pay to Nathan O. Neighbors, late sheriff
|
 
|
of Frederick county, the sum of forty-nine dollars
|
 
|
and fifty-nine cents, being the amount overpaid by
|
 
|
him into the Treasury on account of fines, forfeit-
|
 
|
ures, &c.
|
 
|
