ecution of such warrant of resurvey or other process,

 

and to compel obedience to any summons or other

 

process whether mesne or final, issued under this act,

 

that it now has over its own like officers; and in all

 

cases where removals shall take place under this act,

 

the court may direct the transfer of the original pa-

 

pers in such cases to the Circuit Court for Garrett

 

county, instead of causing a copy of the record to be

 

so transmitted.

 

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this act shall

tural Society.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That Elisha J. Hall, Nathan S. White,

 

Robert W. Carter, Edward W. Owen, George E.

 

Brooke, Henry C. Hallowell, Nicholas D. Offeete,

 

Joseph P. Bailey, John T. De Sellum, William S.

 

Brooke, and Thomas R. Suter, and all other persons

 

who are now members of the Agricultural Society

 

of Montgomery county, or who may hereafter become
members of the corporation to be created by this

Incorporated.

act, are hereby created and declared a body corpo-

 

rate by the name and style of the " Montgomery
County Agricultural Society," and by that name shall

 

have perpetual succession, and shall be capable in

 

law to sue and be sued, to plead and be impleaded,

 

to answer and defend and be answered and defended,

 

in any courts of law or equity, and in any other place

 

whatever; to make and use a common seal, and
