SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the stockholders of

CHAPTER 260.
AN ACT to amend further the act entitled an act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty Turn-
pike Company in Carroll county, passed at January
session, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and as-
amended by the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-
eight, chapter one hundred and fifty-one, changing
the name of said corporation, to that of the Balti-
more, Carroll and Liberty Turnpike Road Com-
pany, in Carroll and Frederick counties; and to re-
peal sections two and three of the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred and
thirty-two, and to re-enact the said sections two and
three with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections two and three, of chapter
